Permit Refund Policy

Parking and Transportation Services (PATS) Parking Permit Refund Policy

A full refund* will be issued for semester and annual parking permits when the refund is requested within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, or for students, up to fourteen (14) days after the first day of the semester for which the permit is purchased. Refund requests received after fourteen (14) calendar days are pro-rated based on a fee schedule. Refunds will not be issued after the end of the fee schedule** date. 

  • No refunds will be issued on pre-tax payroll deduction
  • No refund will be issued on metered, daily and special events permits.

To request a refund, please send an email request to PSWEB@Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV.EDU from the email listed on your parking account or visit our office in person, located at 13311 Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV Plum Drive, Tampa FL 33620. Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV PATS reserves the right to amend this policy at any time with the direction of university senior leadership or in cases of unforeseeable circumstances.

*Refund requests for the full purchase amount are restricted to one per academic year and must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
